What is the Allocadia Early Access Program?

Allocadia EAP provides customers the opportunity to get access to product functionality weeks ahead of everyone else in order to help the Allocadia’s product team refine them.

You (or a member of your organization) most likely requested the functionality via our services and support teams or you are a candidate that we’ve identified receive the most value from the functionality in question.

Do I have to pay a fee to join the program?

No, the participation in the program is free. We only want your time to provide thoughtful feedback so we can improve the product functionality.

How many users in my company can have access to this program?

The number of users will depend on what the product functionality is. We want to make sure we have the right user profile providing feedback.

How can I get access to the functionality in question?

The product team at Allocadia will set up the access to you and to any other user participating in the program.

How many hours will be required from me to test the new functionality?

All we expect is you to try out the feature and provide feedback.

Is there a period of time that I need to provide feedback?

We hope to get feedback within a week of receiving access to the functionality as it is integral to refining the capability for broad release. In any other case, we will make sure to communicate to you.

What is the process for submitting feedback?

You can provide feedback through regular channels. In some cases, Allocadia’s product team may want to sync with you directly to gather further insight.

Do I need another instance of Allocadia to test this functionality?

No. The functionality will be made available to you in your current instance.

How can I get support if I have questions?

Please contact your Customer Service Representative or submit a ticket to support.

What happens after I provide feedback?

We will communicate all plans to iterate, release or remove after receiving feedback from all Early Access participants.

How long will the program run?

This is an ongoing program. We believe this program will allow Allocadia to provide product functionality that better meets our customers’ expectations.

If I agree to be part of the program, will I need to test every new feature or can I choose only some of them?

No, it is on a capability by capability basis. However, you only need to join the program once and will be short-listed for all Early Access opportunities.
