Allocadia Professional Services (Launch Services)

Launch services include the items described in the Professional Services below and one of the three onboarding packages (Invest onboarding, Align onboarding, or Optimize onboarding) as specified in the Order(s):

Professional Services:

Allocadia shall deliver the following in-scope services to enable Customer’s onboarding to the Allocadia package:

  • Assignment of a named professional services consultant, responsible for:
    • Project management of the Allocadia onboarding
    • Scheduling, facilitating, and chairing regular project delivery meetings with Customer’s key stakeholders and project team members
    • Capture/validation of business requirements
    • Configuration of the Allocadia package purchased to meet business requirements
    • Provision of communication/change management guidance and content for use within Customer’s organization
    • Coordination of Customer stakeholder validation of the configured Allocadia solution
  • Assignment of a named Education Consultant, responsible for:
    • Customizing Allocadia User training content to fit Customer’s system configuration and business needs
    • Scheduling, facilitating, and delivering one-to-many live, virtual training sessions to educate Customer Users on the configured Allocadia solution, with associated take-away content
    • Providing video recordings of delivered training sessions for future reference/use.

Invest Onboarding:

The Invest onboarding package provides the launch services noted above, with limited scope as follows:

  • Up to 75 users
  • Up to 20 budgets
  • One hierarchy per fiscal year, maximum three levels
  • Five custom attributes
  • One extra dashboard with five reports
  • No historical data import

Align Onboarding:

The Align onboarding package provides the launch services noted above, with limited scope as follows:

  • Up to 75 users
  • Up to 20 budgets
  • One hierarchy per fiscal year, maximum three levels
  • Five custom attributes
  • One extra dashboard with five reports
  • One source of financial data
  • Up to two integrations
  • No historical data import

Optimize Onboarding:

The Optimize onboarding package provides the launch services noted above, with limited scope as follows:

  • Up to 75 users
  • Up to 20 budgets
  • One hierarchy per fiscal year, maximum three levels
  • Five custom attributes
  • One extra dashboard with five reports
  • One source of financial data
  • Up to two integrations
  • One source of ROI data
  • No historical data import
