Our People

Supporting your health and wellness is a top priority. We offer a comprehensive extended health and dental plan, and we cover 100% of the premiums.
Time Off
We offer flexible working schedules, 3 weeks of vacation to start, and a generous personal time off and sick leave program. We also designate additional time off over the winter holidays and throughout the year at the company’s discretion.
Employee Experience
Our employee experience is created and grows through the diversity, ideas, and interests of every Allocadian. We aim to bring the team together through a variety of topic based Slack channels, friendly competitions, and coffee connections to get to know your colleagues. Wellness

Our Headquarters

While our HQ is located in beautiful Vancouver, Canada, currently everyone is working remotely, due to COVID-19.
In addition to our HQ, we have a global remote team. We believe in flexibility and support our team in working from different cities, a home office, or exploring somewhere new. We currently have team members working from Toronto, Boston, and Austin to name a few!
