How we take care of our people
We want you to stay healthy! We offer a comprehensive extended health and dental plan and we cover 100% of the premiums.
We offer flexible working schedules, 3 weeks of vacation to start, and a generous personal time off and sick leave program. We also designate additional time off at the company’s discretion.
Life as an Allocadian wouldn’t be the same without our internal competitions (we like to win!), quarterly events, annual holiday party, and summer BBQ and baseball. These are a few ways that we like to celebrate and bond over common interests.
